Now in our 3rd year of self catering rentals at Hillyfields, we've hosted 200+ families. Our visitor's book is full of lovely comments and tips for local places found and enjoyed - pubs, takeaways and restaurants etc and also lots of tips about special places in London they have discovered.

"Hillyfields is ideally situated for easy access to London and its surrounding areas. We were working at the O2 Arena and it was perfect. The house has everything that you need for a stay, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher etc. Cindy was very helpful both before and during our stay and it really did feel like home."

Our stay at Hillyfields was delightful. Cindy was so helpful to us, even when our trip was in question due to the volcano eruption that halted air travel. When we did arrive, we had no trouble at all with the lock system and found the apartment to be just as advertised... clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and the garden serene. We loved the short walk to the park, up the road and watched a beautiful sunset from there. The train system was easily acessed a short distance away and made it easy to go to and from London. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for something just outside of the city

"cet apartement est superbe, situé dans une maison typiquement anglaise avec un petit jardin très bien entretenu. Les pièces sont toutes très propres, spacieuses et meublées avec beaucoup de goût. L''environnement est très calme et nous sommes à 10 mn à pied de la gare ( bus possible jusqu''à la gare ) qui amène en 10 mn également au centre de Londres, donc appartement très bien placé. La propriétaire est charmante et accueillante, à l''image de son appartement."

Recomiendo esta propiedad para una estancia en Londres. La zona es muy tranquila y el acceso de transportes al centro de Londres es muy fácil y ràpido. Recomiendo comprar la Oyster Card con lo que se abaratan realmente los costos de transporte. La casa es realmente muy linda y confortable, sumamente limpia y prolija; además tiene todo el equipamiento necesario, aún las cosas que uno no imaginarìa encontrar en una casa de alquiler. Sencillamente, no falta nada. Su propietaria, Cindy, ha pensado en todo. Felicitaciones y los recomiendo sin dudas.

BOOK THIS FLAT!!! You will have a brilliant time in this beautiful,clean and cosy flat near Greenwich! I couldn`t believe how helpful and nice C. has been all the time. When we arrived, we found so many nice specials such as spices, hot chocolate, rice,......bodylotions, shampoos,even luggage scales!There was only one thing missing:the squirrels in the garden must have been on holidays. Whenever we will be back to London, we will contact C. and nobody else!!"

We were very pleased with the place and its surroundings (quite and nice). Besides the good level of equipement and the fact it was full equiped, it is in fact very near London (two train stops from London Bridge) making it central to all major displacements in London. Nearby there is plenty of options to shop grocery or just dine out. It's a very good option to stay for a family or a group that enjoys feel at home after a day walking around and cook a repairing meal. Cindy was very nice, attentive (with full detailed information) and allways with a small detail from someone that knows the value of welcoming people. Definitely we recomend it and want to come back.

The upstairs apartment at Hillyfields is lovely--clean, extremely comfortable, well-equipped, roomy and decorated and maintained with care. The neighborhood of restored 19th-century terraced houses has charm, is quiet and feels completely safe, and the nearby commercial street, while not especially fashionable, has several good eateries and all the necessary shops. The park, which is barely 5 minutes away on foot, is huge and has a brand-new playground--a plus if you have kids. The price is absolutely reasonable, the owner professional and responsive and the apartment delightful. Hillyfields is a real winner."
